BUYER REGISTRATION GUIDELINES
Registration Guidelines:
• Valid Driver’s License, Passport or Government ID
• Tax Exemption or Dealer License
• Bank Letter of Guarantee on bank letterhead

Mr. (customer name) is a customer in good standing at our bank. We will guarantee the payment of check on this account (acct #) up to (specify amount) Dollars for purchase at your auction on (date of auction).
Bidding Requirements:
• A bidder number & an auction catalog which is given you at registration
• After completing the registration process, you are now ready to participate in the auction.
• All items are sold As Is, Where Is. No warranties- Expressed or implied.
Payment Information:
• Settlements should be paid in full on the day of auction.
• We accept - cash, checks, money orders, certified checks or wire transfers
Title Information:
• All titled items must have titles in the title office (2) days prior to the auction by 5 pm, titles must be checked for any discrepancies.
• If the title isn’t signed by the seller, a Limited Power of Attorney must be signed for Martin & Martin Auctioneers of Mississippi, Inc.
Disclosures
• Announcements the day of the sale take precedence over all printed matter and advertising.
• Buyer premiums are subject to change, please consult individual auction catalogs
